Who we are
Expat Personal Services Company Limited is a Thai-registered company, established in August 2022, with a head office in Bang Bo, Samut Prakan and a branch serving Cha-am and Hua Hin. Our name reflects how we work: every enquiry is handled personally, by people who take the time to understand your situation.
Living in Thailand as a foreigner brings practical questions that are not always easy to answer — which health insurance suits your age and budget, what cover a long-stay visa application needs, how to protect your home, condo, car or motorcycle, and how to plan ahead so your family is not left with difficult decisions later. We help you work through these questions in clear English or Thai.

After you buy, we remain your point of contact for renewals, changes and claim support.
Final acceptance, premiums and cover are always decided by the insurer under its policy terms. Visa decisions are made by the Thai authorities.

In October 2026, Rick, an American expat in Hua Hin, published “From Thailand — The Insurance Agent” in his newsletter Large Flightless Birds Takes Flight. It tells how, on a Saturday, our managing director NidNoi spent the day phoning hospitals in Hua Hin and Bangkok for his friend Chloe, who needed urgent care and was being turned away everywhere — until the Phayathai Hospital emergency unit in Bangkok accepted her.
